The Pastor was invited to the special event hosted by the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu. The official reception for the event, celebrating the move of the US Embassy, took place during the 2018 Holy Land Tour with Pastor Chris; a trip that included hundreds of followers fulfilling a once in a life time pilgrimage.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome said: “Every Christian must love Israel because loving Israel is loving Jesus” during leading the Holy Tour in Israel.

The exclusive event took place at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs venue with invitees that included ambassadors and official state representatives.

The Prime Minister of Israel is famously a close to the American Evangelical community, embracing all those who support the state of Israel. He is quoted saying:

“Evangelical Christians are Israel’s best friends”

This is the third year that Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, along with members of the Believers’ LoveWorld (BLW), will be touring the Holy Land. Chris Oyakhilome is the founder of the BLW Inc. also known as the Christ Embassy Church. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome marked announced that this year is the year of the Supernatural, thus the visit to Israel cannot be more appropriate.

This is a milestone year for the state of Israel and thus the tour will highlight the importance of this year’s visit as a time of reflection, inspiration, and enlightenment.

The tour to Israel will provide participants the unique opportunity to walk in the same paths that Jesus Christ walked, bringing the Bible to truly come alive. Christians will familiarize themselves with different aspects of the Holy Land, experiencing an in-depth look at the many sites the land has to offer. The BLW group will provide guides to highlight different historical information and biblical references.

This tour is taking place at one of the most eventful times in history for Israel, celebrating its 70th year of Independence as well as the move of the US Embassy to Jerusalem. According to remarks that were made by Pastor Chris in the past the state of Israel inhabits a very important position in the fulfillment of Bible prophecies concerning the future of the world.

During the trip Pastor Chris also said: “Israel is more open now because it has embraced democracy, unlike its neighbours.”
